A triple pass line edit using all Margie's techniques and some of my own including things like strong word choice, echo words, trimming, tightening, clarity, flow, tension, dialogue, body language, dialogue cues, scene set up, and hooking the reader at the beginning of each scene/chapter and leaving them wanting to turn the page at the end of each chapter.
I charge $3.50/page based on 12pt courier font, double spaced, standard page format with 1" margins, minimum 10 pages.
This way you can send just some pages, usually a chapter at a time and you can see how the edit works for you.
You can send your beginning, major turning points or trouble scenes whichever pages you feel need help.
And you can learn as we go, in which case, with next pages, I can go deeper and deeper with the edits as you send them.
I do have clients who have me edit their revisions, but I charge the same $3.50/page because it's still a triple pass edit and I go deeper and deeper into the edits, kind of like how revision works. 🙂
I work with beginners and novice writers. I'd love to help you make your pages New York Times Bestseller worthy.

My experience has been nothing less than STELLAR. She caught everything I didn't, and more! And every edit has helped me grow and learn. I'm so excited to dive into editing when I get her comments back, and it's really helped me see patterns emerging in my writing and find actionable ways to improve. Her workshops are awesome too!!
Suzanne is an amazing editor! Very thorough and she helps make your manuscript shine. I've learned so much working with her.
